As a Social Media Manager at Dilber Agency, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Manage and maintain clients' social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications is not needed.
